Right-To-Know Law and Request Policy
The Right-to-Know Law permits any legal residents of the United States the right to request, inspect, and obtain copies of public records maintained by the Northampton Borough Municipal Authority, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, enacted by Act 3 of 2008.

Request for documents
All requests to access public records must be in writing and signed by the Requester.

The requester must identify and describe the records sought with sufficient specificity to enable the Authority to ascertain which records are being requested and shall include the name and address to which the Authority should address its response.

Completed written request forms for records may be sent to Northampton Borough Municipal Authority Open-Records Officer by mail, be delivered in person, or sent via facsimile during Authority regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

All requests under the Right-to-Know Law should be addressed to the Authority's Open-Records Officer as indicated below.

All Requests must be made in writing (if the requester wishes to pursue relief and remedies under the Right to Know Law),
